1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from fluetix.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order are final. Product images are representative; actual packaging may vary slightly.
3. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4. Subscriptions
Subscribe & save orders renew automatically at the interval you select. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next renewal date by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Shipping
Orders over $25 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $25 are charged a flat $5.99 shipping fee. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days).
6. Returns and refunds
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days for a full refund. Products must be unused or defective. Return shipping is on us for defective products.
7. Product safety
Pool and spa chemicals must be handled according to label directions. Keep out of reach of children. Do not mix chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place. Fluetix is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse of products.
8. Limitation of liability
Fluetix's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
